Its been a few weeks since my last update. I've been receiving tons of feedback from customer and inquiries from many women regarding Thevi Cosmetics. The overall feedback is that they love the product but would like it to be more affordable. I originally had the higher price point to cover the expenses of getting into high end boutique distribution which requires significant overhead such as daily makeup artists, counter space rental etc.

My goal in creating the line was to provide a high quality product & high end packaging for ethnic women. Since retailers are hesitant in trying a new brand especially with the economy, it has opened the opportunity to rethink the brand's direction. Over the past week I've been number crunching and working with my suppliers to reduce my costs. I'm proud to announce significant reduction in price to make Thevi cosmetics an affordable luxury cosmetic brand. Prices have now dropped on average about 30% direct to the consumer.
