Ever notice that Rose McGowan's eyes slope down on the outter edges? It's okay, you're not supposed to! Here are some incredibly easy tricks to create an almond eye shape for those whose eyes are similar to Rose's:
1. With your Thevi Automatic Longlasting Eyeliner (any shade), line your upper lashes in an upward sloping manner. Extend the line just a little bit farther than the outer corner of each eye. Avoid any heavy eyeliner on the bottom so that you draw more attention to the top of your eyes (for a daytime look, you can skip lining the bottom of your eyes altogether)
2. Next, apply a light shimmery shade of eye shadow (try the lightest shade in the triple split shadows or the oatmeal or cameo matte shadow) to the area just above your lashes and to the 'inner v' of your eyes.
3. Blend a deeper shade starting in the crease to just under the brow bone to at 'enlarge' this area. You may also add a subtle highlighter just below your brow; this will also help draw attention to the upper part of your eye, but for an everyday look, you can easily skip this step. After all, every second counts as your rushing out the door!
4. Finally, apply your Thevi Lush Mascara as usual (preferably two coats on top and one on bottom). Remember, if you want to curl your lashes, do this before applying your lush mascara.
Remember to also have fun with color! The Triple Split Shadows are a great source of colors already selected perfect blending combinations.
Give it a try and let us know what you think!
